Dear Sir/Madam This is to inform you that I purchased the upper mentioned handset on 2nd of March, 2015 from flipkart. I am facing problems with the handset in its working. I chosed this handset because of its processor. but I am facing the problem with the same as it hangs a lot. and the screen shows multiple tasks in the backgound inspite of being in the menu. I had already lodged a complaint on your customer care to Mr. Tan on 12th April (150402/082206), but action has been taken since then neither no one has came in contact to me on the same matter from your end.Kindly Look into the matter and do the needful.
