My HTC desire 500 was given for replacement of panel on the 26th October 2015 at HTC's authorised service centre in Kochi, TVS Electronics, Kochi (Phone[protected]; [protected]). So far the they are unable to return the phone as they have not received the part (panel) from htc centre. The phone was purchased about a year ago for Rs.19000/-.

Updated by San Menon I received phone calls from HTC with apologies for the delay in their service, but, so far they have not been able to provide me with the status of my phone!!

Very poor service of HTC...
