I have given my handset HTC Desire 816 in to repairs on 1/9/15 as the wifi connection had some problems. on 14/9/15 the service centre told me the phone is ready. I went there checked the phne and realised the display of the phone is not responding, seeing this service centre agreed to change the display and gave me 15 days time. Today is 28/10/15 and I am still waiting to get my handset repaired. I am facing problems with business because I have to borrow someones handset for such a long time. And everytime I try to connect the company or customer care, I get new date of delivery. I don't know what is hapenning at their end. but I am the one who is suffering. Now after waiting so long I need a replacement of my handset with a fresh piece. The ticket number of my complaint is 15INA[protected]. My name is Bhavin Prajapati. i live in Ahmedabad city in Gujarat. and The service centre where I submited my phone is TVS ELECTRONICS LTD., shop- 105, first floor, shangrilla arcade, near shyamal cross road.

I have faces issue with HTC desire 816 dual mobile where it suddenly stooped working and charging so i went to HTC service center thane branch where they checked the mobile nd said need to submit the mobile will intimate you in a week or the amount how much it will take to repair and additional service charges .I agreed on that but even after a week i didn't got the call i visited to service center they said we informed you on mail the amount .I agreed on that also but after giving my acknowledgement they keep on saying it will take another 1 week like that they took 1 and half month but still no call from them about status. Every time i called them and asked for the status and same status they are giving when i asked or the escalation number and mail id he given the his service center mail id and he said the do not have escalation number.
So i search on google and found this forum to escalate so i did what faces if the service provider keep on cheating like that then what is the use of branded service center person can visit to local service provider at least they say on the same time how much it will take whether it is repairable or not.
I am very much disappointed by HTC service center located in thane west, teen hath naka, Eternity mall.
I submitted my mobile for repair on 13-Jul-2019 but till date no update about status.
My only concern do not cheat with public say up front whether it is repairable or not and within how many day you will give based on that the front person can plan accordingly.
