I am not only aghast but amazed at the pathetic customer service at the HTC Authorized service center in New Delhi at Ansal Plaza. My cell HTC ONE is not working and battery is getting drained and I get an answer from them that" it is working fine, we cannot do anything, please take your device back " I have called customer care 6 times and no response and no help on the same . The cell is still with them . I am attaching the receipt as well. PLEASE DO NOT BUY HTC and the pathetic Customer service I got for a INR 50, 000.00 cell . Thanks VIvek
