HTC — HTC phone dead

This is very disturbing that HTC brand is also starting bluffing consumer for the handset, its only 3 months have bought HTC one E8 from CROMA and its hard to believe that within 3 months the phone is dead, have taken to the service centre and it was found that the motherboard and the batter is gone out of order, the service centre people are saying that it need to change. Need resolution for the same, why should i get this repaired when i have paid the whole amount. Call me on [protected]
