HTC India — Authorised service center not responding | |||
Hi, I have submitted my htc 626g+ for screen damage in authorized service center to v care mobitron (Vile parle, mumbai-400056) on 20th jul 2016 I have received a call from service center for the confirmation of cost for repair which i have confirmed, but from last 20 days i am continuously calling to that service center number to confirm about the status of my phone, but the landline number which is printed on job sheet[protected] is ringing but no one is answering sometime is shows busy also. I cannot visit to service center because i stay far from that place. What is the sense of putting a contact nu on job sheet? I have searched all over Bangalore for parts replacement no were I found it.. i[censored] can't provide parts why u are making the products. I gave 27000 what to do now.. supply parts or replace me the phone
