HTC India — charger & data cable got damage within 6-7 months | |||
I bought an htc desire 10 (Pro) online dated on 05/11/2017 from amazon. Last month, i visited your one of the authorized service centre @ address: tvs electronic, bungalow road kamala nagar, opp amitabh banquet for resolving charging problem. They had checked and found that data cable was faulted. So, they replaced immediately as it was under 6 months warranty. But now, hardly after a month, the same problem were arise and they had checked again and now they had found that both charger & data cable (Which had been replaced a month ago by your service centre), were not working and need to be change with new one. Now, the problem is, it is out of warranty period and they refused to replace. I would be ok with that if product cost would not be so high, but according to dealer, cost is too high and i am not able to purchase it in as frequent as the cost raises too high (Charger+data cable). Hence, i request you to please replace it from your service centre. I am very disappointed with your quality of charger, means it took hardly 6-7 month and it got damaged. What is this, htc team. As you all know that your product cost is too high, however you should be loyal and liable to your quality. Was this information helpful? | |||
