HTC India — Htc desire 626 dual sim mobile device switches off while using and not restarting again.

I had purchased htc desire 626 dual sim on feb 2016 from ahmadabad. since last month i am facing problem.. this device switches off while using, its not restarting again.

I had visited service station htc service station 105 shop no, shangrilla arcade, near shayamal cross roads, satellite, ahmadabad. two times i had submitted my device for repair. they cannot even tell whats problem nor they cannot understand. first they gave me after repaired and told me software issue. after one day i started to face same problem of switches off while using, now they are telling it has hardware problem they told me you have to put your device for 1 week,, reason they told is they don't have hardware available in their service station.

I had sent more than 14000 thousand on this device.. i feel like its big mistake to purchage htc brand.
