Hi Team,

First thing your CUSTOMER CARE team is ###/pathetic and non torabble, they do not do any work, disconnect the call and harras the CUSTOMER.

Secondally I was taken the package onf 2020 which valid for 2024 for 4 years and now i am getting 100 of calls by saying your package is not valid and when I call CUSTOMER CARE, they says we can not tell about package is valid or not. then who will inform the package.
When i try to login from my mobile no [protected], it should not active.

I am going to raise complaint in consumer FORUM as I have mail from crossroad for validity till 2024 and call record of CUSTOMER CARE team who harras me for package is not active.

It's a fraud company
Don't buy their service.
For las One and half hour I am waiting for the mechanic. Whenever I called them they promised to reach within 15-20 minutes.
And after 1 and a half hour they said to renew the subscription with 1999/-
It's only a way of making money.

I have complaint against cross roads as they are cheating their customers.
I have request for my package renewal on 4th march 2023, and on 6th March it got renewed.But during this process, On 4th march I was trying to pay for that package from criss roads app.that
package cost rs 2000.but there I attempt for two times and it was showing the error message.but money got deducted from my account cost 4000 rs. One of their employee said that you got that money within 24 hours.so I paid for package third time on 6th march from my paytm account .

But till the date I have not received the money back.even their customer care employees are not responding sincerely.
There intention seems to delay it.

As we are their older client and I expect these kind of ethics should be followed by any genuine company .
So I want my money back at the earliest.
I am attaching the transaction details here.

I have taken lifetime membership (10yrs) from Crossroads and paid around 4999/- for it. I was informed that the money has not been received and was asked to pay again with a commitment that earlier payme t would be refunded.
I paid again and to my surprise CrossRoads gave me.membership for 20years by taking 4999/-x2 as double payment.
I have been following up with them to refund my 4999/- and change my membership to 10yrs as promised, but nothing has happened.
Please help me. I have been following up for more than a month with them.

We are totally dependent on the drainage lorries who charge us more than Rs 2000 every 2 months. We request you to provide us a proper under ground drainage system at the earliest.

I paid INR 4, 700 for the Honda City (2013) car service on May 28, 2022 and was promised to get the car service on Monday i.e., May 30, 2022, however, the customer call executive called on Monday and informed that it will be done on Wednesday (12pm) due to unavailability of some parts. Then, the service executive called on Wednesday @ 2.45PM that he will arrive by 4pm. Due to this, I rescheduled the service for Thursday (9AM) June 2, 2022.

I have purchased a service package from cross road for my wagnor car. After completing the payment procedure their executive Mr.Saqib Khan commit me that on at 11 o'clock the mechanic will to complete my car service but in the morning there is no reply for my phone calls and your customer care agent not any positive response.

As they are not providing service as per the commitment so i want my refund Rs 3250/- asap. I called many times but not any positive response several reminder mails but there no reply from their side.
Please help me in this matter.

I took RSA Titanium package for 4 years on 19 April 2019 to 18 April 2023. However, I have been getting calls from many agents of Crossroads since last year. Every person is giving date of validity and stating that my package has expired. I called up Customer Care multiple times and they have been saying that my number would be included in DND list. Nothing of that sort has happened. I have been getting regular calls on daily basis.

Crossroad calls me everyday irrespective of I have told them that I don't own the car anymore but still they call me everyday.

Crossroad is totally Fraud Company, they are only looted the people hard earned money & disappeared. Yesterday night i have lodge a complaint No.628027 dt.09.02.22 at 8.40 pm but after 1 hr call recd. shops are closed there r not any mechanic, if tyre flat before 7-8 pm we will arrange mechanic and all the ### says by the man who called but not provide the service. Morning i m seeing that complaint got cancelled without knowing me.
It is my fault if tyre flat after 7-8 pm? If a person stuck on road in the night with his family and mechanic not arrive & repair the fault than who will be responsible for his safety -security. Why are fake promises make every time by the sales person that we give 24X7 services, mechanic will reach in 15 minutes etc. etc.
This is not first time I have face this issue. In past due to this I have left the taking membership of crossroad but every time call recd. from sales person & saying that now services are better, we have increased mechanics, will reach you in 15 minutes etc.-etc. but no result.
Please don’t take their service and pay them amount, they are totally fraud.

I received a call from Mr. Akash- Mb. No. [protected] (Executive of Crossroad) on 28.12.2021. Become a lifetime member of our company and we will give you Electric Air Compressor Inflator Pump For Car. I have taken it for life membership on his request and after that my phone is not picking up. I have also spoken to his manager. Mr. Vipin Rana- Mb. No. [protected] but now that too neither picking up the phone nor giving any response. I have been cheated. Money was also taken from me. Please take appropriate action.

Hi Team

We are from parivakkam, banaveduthotam near Poonamallee, in our area there are kids and adults who live here .its nearly a month it was raining and we still had water logging and there was not even a single person from the government to look after our area, yesterday when it was raining again the water started to stagnant more around our area we are literally floating, and the power supply has been stopped stating there is water logging in the area .

Its been years we do not have roads and street lights our whole area have complaint many times and there were no action taken on this .

I hope atleast this message would reach a team and help us.

This is to inform that crossroad is running fraudulent telemarketing calls .
They are unnecessarily asking for renewal everymonth they call from numerous cell phone numbers.

If there is any protection from harrasment to consumer then please do take action.

Cross road people relying on getting renewals and selling new membership only fetching money. but when it comes to deliver service they are talking rubbish this we can not do, u need to call mechanic locally, or this is major problem can not be correct etc etc lots of false statements. in fact they are not technically compatible they can not diagnose proper fault but always try to sell some thing coolant, battery, car care kit ...
i am member more than 15+ years but now their services and quality of mechanics very low.
renewed member ship for 5 years in feb, 21 but i think i have done mistake. wont advise to anyone to go for it, u will feel cheated for sure...

Although I had a membership till 2023, they continuously called for renewal and said system has wrong number, I told if vehicle no is wrong they should correct its their mistake, they said they will add new for that and I have to make new payment and they will refund for old, they did fraud and renewed another but did not refund old and said it’s adjusted.

This is a total fraud company and cheating with people as no one is using their pathetic service.
Even you take membership, when you apply for roadside assistance it will charge you 700 for flat tyre, whats the use of membership then?

I ve given a membership by crossroads, with wrong commitments, , and later when i arranged for their serveces, they told me that they hd made wrong commitments, , so asked me to cancel my membership, and refund wud b processed, ,
now its been 6 months, , numerous mails, , unlimited calls to there helpline, , yeilds no result..
there senior sayued never reply back mails, , nor he comes to phone ..
no idea why i invested in such a company

Pathetic Service !!! keeps harassing the customer inspite of giving membership fee. Had to pay membership fee twice inspite of the fact it was active in their App. Absolutely unprofessional people !!! thoroughly disappointed

I have a Platinum plan which I purchases in January 2021, membership id: [protected]. I keep getting calls from Cross Roads that my membership has expired and needs to be renewed. Highly unprofessional company.
