HTC India — Phone is defective and not ready to give me replacement of

I have HTC 826 model Phone purchase 6 months back. in 1 week itself I started facing issue with the charging Heating issue and battery problem I submitted to the HTC service center in Vasai Known as sunrising enterprises . back to back i submitted my phone 4 times to the service center and phone was not repaired nor replaced later they are trying to give me phone which is of lower specification and of lower price as well. below is the details of number of times i submitted my phone

This time they said they will replace the phone with HTC 828 which is costing 14500 in the market whereas my HTC desire i purchased was 22000 and the current cost is 20000 but they will give me phone which is of lower specification and of lower cost

They are really cheating the People and not valuing the hard earned money of the customer.

I request you to help me to get the justice i am ready to take higher specification phone and ready to pay them the difference amount but not ready to bear the loss
