HTC India — urgent - indian jio sim not working | |||
Sir, I bought my phone from usa. I had a bsnl sim which i ported to jio now.. But after that i can't access my sim on the phone.. When i enquired it's like since the phone was bought in usa, indian jio sim won't work in it.. That ridiculous from my point of view.. Because i can't use my sim and phone now.. I've lost all my contacts with everyone since my sim is not working in the htc phone.. Kindly i need a help from your team immediately as this is even affecting my life now.. Starting few months is ok for using is nice ..but now when I using a internet video or songs that time my mobile become a full heat and going to get switch off after mint is coming a android starting ..I don't now why please help me for solve this problem, , pls advice a further process...
I'm using HTC desire828 Purchase at last 4months back...but now the problem is my phone is duel sim last month back working both sim slots properly but last 05/11/2017 Sunday onwards not working properly...I'm very struggle I'm lost my new job because of not working slot...now I need a change my phone/ Need claim and I don't need repair
