HTC — Lost mobile ,deactivate sim

I lost my mobile htc desire 526g+ on 16/08/2015 at bhagamandala, kodagu. It had two sims one of bsnl [protected] another of aircel [protected]. please deactivate my both sims and send me new sims of same number. If possible please track my mobile and culprit.
