HTC Mobile — Not getting the mobile set returned after repair

My new HTC DESIRE 826x mobile (purchased on 6th July 15) had got some manufacturing defect. As it was under manufacturing warranty, so the new set has been handed over to the HTC service centre on 27th july 15. So far I did not returned back the mobile hand set and in online tracking it is appearing as in repair status every time. I have sent several request mail to HTC, so far only assurance given to returned me back the set after repair. But no clarity on timeline. Ref:-the repair ticket number 15INA[protected], Response from HTC :- your HTC phone is currently under repair process. May I request you to take the issue at appropriate level, so that I can get back my mobile set at an earliest.
