HTC — mobile phone parts not available

Hello sir/mam
O have submitted my phone to htc service centre, bikaner on 2nd dec 2017 its been 18 days & no response from service centre as well as customer care. I have called customer care for 6..7 times & still its all in vain.
They guys always say that you wait & our head executer will call you in evening but no phone calls sare received.
So please do provide my phone part or provide me the new phone as soon as possible.

I have purchase 728 desire mobile phone in feb 16 but ater dat i m facing problem in phone they told there is a problem in battery they have change it in jan 17 bit now i m facing that same problem in sep 17and they have not given me a warrenty regarding problm they make us fool and my phone is not damage my mob no is [protected]
