HTC — Not getting the mobile set returned after repair

Dear Sir/Madam I submit my HTC Desire 516 Dual in the HTC service centre on 19-Aug-2015. After 20 days of submission I only get sympathy from Customer Care and not my phone. They always ask me for waiting one more week. It is too much . I can't wait now. Please provide my phone as fast as you can.
