HTC — Not returning my phone

Htc is not returning my phone even after 1 month . I have given my phone for repairing again on 31st july for back camera lens scratches and overheating problems . They are saying lie on lie and not resolving the problem . Ticket no. - 15INA[protected] I hope that you will take my query into consideration .
