HTC — Pathetic service

I gave my HTC 616 to the service center on 21st August as the phone was dead . They had told me to repair my phone in 8-10 days but haven't received my phone yet. Now when I called them up they said that I would get it by next week. This is a very careless behaviour of HTC and is something really shameful to expect from a Brand like HTC. Mobiles are the lifelines n today's world and all my work is stuck up because of my phone but HTC doesn't even care. Is THIS THE WAY TO TREAT COSTUMERS? I purchased it 5 months back in which I have visited the service center twice. This is pathetic. I bought a micromax before this and touch wood had to never visit the service center but HTC is a big disappointment. The online chat doesnt work the customer care never picks up the call. what should I do? please HELP! and get the phone done. HTC TICKET NO. : 15INA[protected]
