HTC — PURCHASED NEW HTC ONE E8 BUT CHARGING / AUTO,OFF PROBLEM

Dear sir, I purchased HTC One E8 on 21st October 2014 from The Mobile Store Noida. But from the very next day the phone had a hanging problem and auto on/off problem. I went to the Ansal plaza HTC service centre and they gave me the DO letter for mobile replacement. I got the mobile change on 27 th October. Now with the changed new phone again there is problem of auto vibration / Hanging / auto blank screen. I have spent Rs. 35000/- for this phone. And running to service centres since puchase. So i request you to kindly take up the matter on a serious note and get my phone changed ( seal packed ) at the earliast. Regards Deepak Kumar [protected]
