HTC — Regarding service irresponsibility | |||
Sir, I am a consumer of htc desire 616 which i had bought in august 2014. But just after 2 months the headsets and adapter started troubling. So if i contact the service centre after long journey skipping our working hours they just reply recklessly that it is not available. Then after the audiojack had gone wrong. They took 2 months to replace my mobile after long hours of waiting calls and journeys. Now even the repalced mobile audio jack got trouble and well the battery has problem and swollen. But as i went to service centre they simply put away that it is not under warranty and i need to purchase a new battery. Even the customer care didnt sound well when i spoke . Is the customer has to bear the loss in default of product given and additionally bear the loss. Hope you understand my problem and help me in this case by providing battery under warranty...And also please improve the service. Expecting a quick solution for my problem.
