HTC — Repair Issue

Hi,

My HTC Desire 700 Hand set had touch issues so I handed it over to their Service centre at Thane Ccom Telecommunications Pvt. Ltd(Mumbai), F-11 First Floor, Etemity Mali, Teen Haath Naka, Thane West Via Tkt No: 141NA[protected] on 15th Dec 2014. After 7 days I received a call that there will be a charge of Rs 5837.00. I called and confirmed that the handset was under warranty but they told it was physical damage. I confirmed them that while handing over the phone it didn't have any damage as mentioned in the hTC Care Service Report. After that they confirmed that the damage had occurred at their end & they will get it repaired free of cost. I received the hand set back on 7th Jan 2015 but this time it had network issues. I again handed the handset back to them & requested a replacement as the phone was damaged from their side & they assured me of replacement. After that I kept calling daily & they assured that the technical team will call back but no one called till yesterday. Yesterday I got a call from them & they said they won't be able to replace it but will they will repair it & extend the warranty by three months. I don't know what damage they did to my phone and don't know how many more days the hand set will work properly. It has been above one month & I am there without phone & they are least bothered.

I am attaching herewith all the service ticket & invoice copy of the phone for your reference.

One month Before i had given my mobile phone to HTC servise centre for repair which is in warranty and till today they say that my repair is on hold .Today a represtative said that she is putting my call on hold and after 10 minutes she disconnected my call. I need a reaplacement.

HTC Desire 620G

Dear Sir,
I bought HTC Desire 620 G Mobile Months Before . Now I got Issue Of Network Related . When I reboot the Mobile, It's has Taking long time to Get the Network . Currently am In Chennai . So Kindly Take my Complaint. and Resolve it as Soon as Possible .
