HTC — Same issue occurring after three repair and company is again is again repairing.

This is to bring in your notice that my wife bought a phone from HTC 616 in RS 16500 and with in one year time that phone has gone for repair for 3-4 times which took total time 2-3 month. Each time phone was with service center for more than 20 to 24 days. i have made formal complain in HTC but they are not ready to give any solution and every time they are simply saying that we have again done the repairing and take the phone.
