HTC — Taking more than 77 days to repair and parts not available

This is in reference to my smartphone repair which is still undergoing with HTC. I submitted my phone on 31st Dec 2014 at E-mall Kolkata for service as it was overheating every now and then. It was told me to me by the service center that it will take around 20days and I was OK with that. But now today it is 17th March 2015 and still I dont have my phone with me. Last week i got a call from the escalation team as well that my phone will be at the service center by last monday i.e 9th March 2015 and its not ready yet.

Initially I called HTC after 30days approx. to check what’s going on.. That time they asked me to call back after 48 hours to check the availability of the parts. I called them back after 4-5days and still got to hear the same thing. I should add this that every time you call HTC, you HAVE to wait for minimum time of 7-8mins and in addition to it the exec will put you on hold for 5-6mins by saying it will take 2mins. I mean overall it has been a very bad experience with HTC.

Today i.e. 17th March 2015 when I went to HTC Center E-Mall Kolkata, they returned me by saying still the parts are not available.
I MUST SAY THAT HTC KNOWS ONLY ONE THING TO TELL THEIR CUSTOMER "CALL US BACK AFTER 48HOURS TO CHECK THE STATUS AGAIN" and just keep on doing that for days... months.. and years...

Not only the normal helpline but the escalation team people have also failed to keep their words. They promised me that my phone will be ready by 9th Mar but it was a lie to me.
