HTC — too many problems regarding htc desire x

I have bought htc desire x before 3 monthes. IMEI NO : [protected] SERIAL NO : MB407LY06393 I have submitted my phone to the customer care office 3 times till now. There are many problems that occured to the phone, they are as following: 1) mother board failure 2) screen dead 3) too much heat gain during charging and during calling 4) phone hang many times 5) problems during call receiving I am irritated by this phone. I thought htc is good company, but I nw come to know that it is worst. I have complained to the customer care office but there is no positive responce.
