I would like to draw your attention to the following fact which has become a matter of tension as well as headache for me :
Last year in the month of November 2014 I got a call from Mr Amit Gupta from number 65100176 introducing himself as a representative of India Shopping hub website which is a well known online shopping site and informed me that owing to have made some online shopping I was one of such lucky customers who was selected for a consumer products like LED TV, LAPTOP and if I pay Rs.2999/- I could get a cash reward of Rs.1.5L to be given after completing some formalities. At that time I was doubtful about such offer and was not showing interest about this but after going through the site online I have got some sort of belief and eventually I paid the amount and I got one mail from your website about the contest. The problem started arising after that that ‘ Amit Gupta’ used to call me constantly and asking me to pay certain sum of money to get the prize as well as the reward. I had so many conversation with him so many times when after paying the money I did not get the reward . In course of time I had also conversation with other executives like Swati Sharma[protected], Tejeshwi[protected], Suman[protected] where everyone confirmed me about the cash reward and told me to wait for some time for some verification and the verification was done thrice but still the reward was not given. Mean while I was told by them that my draft is ready to be sent for that reason payments like insurance, tax and for creating nominee id and for closure of my ids I needed to make some payments like 15000, 12000 etc. and this amount will be given me back once I would get the cash reward by draft or transfer to my account . out of innocence or stupidity I kept on paying money online one after another by following their instruction like if I need to pay 12000/- I had selected one item worth Rs.3999/- three times and all such transactions can be viewed in your site after logging in. Even Amit Gupta had given me two contest id and pw. Off late I have been talking to Preeti Chowdhury on 65981175 and she also assured me about the reward for number of times. As on today I have paid almost 1 Lakh but yet to get such cash reward though I have got some complimentary gift (as they say) like 32” LED, Dell Laptop, a small nikkon digital camera and some travel vouchers but all the dates of such vouchers were expired by the time I got them. But the point is did not need these products and did not want to buy them either as I am already having such LED TV, Laptop or camera. I did not pay for getting these things and moreover for sending these products I had to pay insurance fees which was very high and unusual.
Now I have been calling everyday on the number 65981175 displayed in your website but nobody seems to respond to my calls…. One by chance Preeti picked up my call and when asked why this is happening with me inspite of making all payments she suggested me to write emails explaining all the facts. Since then I have been writing mails but surprisingly here also no one is responsible enough to reply me mails with proper explanation. I am having some call recording with Amit Gupta, Tejeshwi and Preeti which can be produced in support of my statements.
Now I would like to know what is going to happen with my money…when shall I expect to get that ‘reward’ otherwise refund my money without any further delay.When can I get a reply from your concern otherwise I have to bring to the notice of police and cyber crime department.
