I ordered for XOLO ERA HD phone on Nov 16th, with a promised delivery within 7 days. I did not receive it till today (nov 27).
I sent email to support on nov 25th, i did not get any reply. I sent an email today (nov 27) again, no reply.
I called up their call center on nov 24th, call center executive informed me that he cannot tell me the order status as the website is not showing any status about my order., he told me that someone will call me in three days to resolve my issue, no one called me till now. There was no complaint number given to me, i wonder how they will track my complaint.
I called their call center again on nov 26th, i requested the executive to cancel my order (as i do not have the cancel option), he said he raised the request and someone will call me in three days to resolve my issue. Both the executives seem to be having no clue about the order status.
I am regular buyer at amazon and flipkart, i was tempted by this offer and took this sudden and impulsive step to buy from gadgets360.com... never thought i would end up in this situation. I may stand to lose Rs.4777 or even if i end up getting the product after a few days it would make no difference. Was this information helpful? |
