I have ordered a XOLO ERA HD on this website and they have shipped a damaged product. As per their website https://gadgets360.com/shop/page/terms point no. 11, i have requested a return or replacement of the phone. The requested was raised within 24 hours of the delivery of the order along with the snapshots of the product.
After few call they have sent an email suggesting me to go to nearest service center with the Invoice copy, and on top XOLO ERA HD customer contact toll free number not working and on there website i see no service center in location Hyderabad.
I am duped by this new website and would like a complete refund of my Money. Any help would be highly appreciated. Was this information helpful? |
