Hello sir/mam..
we have a complaint to register regarding about a online fashion store (street style store) we ordered two pairs of shoes in last week of march 2016. the problem is that first time they delivered shoes on time but those were in wrong size so returned those before 7 days (according to their 7 days return policy). so now neither have they delivered the right size shoes nor have they refunded our money nor are they responding our emails

cancellation of order

i ordered hybrid ankle boots and somehow, they're showing that i ordered two instead of one. there is no response from their side or any way through which i can cancel it. i just want one. not two
