This amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice. I request urgent action for:
1. Immediate cancellation of the above order.
2. Refund of the full amount paid to the original payment...

I tried to cancel it on very next day in morning that is 4th march 2025. Order is not being packed or dispatched and yet there is no way to cancel my order.

I had ordered products from SSS before. As the quality of the products was very low I requested for return and refund. but the amount was not refunded to my account they provided a voucher where I could only spend that amount for their products and not only that they kept an expiry for this. how can they keep an expiry for the amount that should have been refunded? I kept looking for products but nothing was to my liking so I couldn't buy...

It's been a week since my product got picked up and still there is no update regarding the dispatch of the exchange that i initiated it's not delivered yet. It's not dispatched till now. called so many times on the provided number but it never connects to any customer care personnel and disconnects after five to twelve minutes. the query has not been resolved. Please deliver the product soon or return my money back.

Ordered from streetstylestore on 24th April 2024 and did not get the product and neither any update. On the site it was mentioned to deliver in 21 days but they had not.
It's a fraud site and they are not returning money. Either they give my money or clothes.
I want full compensation with interest.
They play with customers money and emotions.

Dear Sir/Ma’am, I would like to bring it to your kind notice that I was travelling from Faridabad to Chandigarh on 17-3-24 and I have received a message on 18-3-24 early morning (3:21 am) for Rs 280 deducted at toll plaza, Jakhouli whereas earlier it use to be Rs 105. I'm very disappointed with sss. The order I received did not meet my expectations and so I issued a return. Since sss does not have a refund policy, they sent me a credit note. When I tried to use this note it said that it was disabled. Please give me a refund if the credit note does not work. Please look into this matter
