I've purchased a pair of boots, arrived in time but they are bad fit, very uncomfortable, and look horrible as well, not like on the images. I have requested a return and refund, but they only provide credit vouchers. They sent me a 50 rps voucher instead of 1798 rps. I ordered a top from sss on 24th March 2022. And it's been more than one and a half month that I didn't receive it. It was my prepaid order. Now they are showing that because the top is out of stock, the refund has been made.
But I've not received any sort of refund or voucher from them.

I ordered from SSS on April 21 now it is June 11, I haven't received the order. I have tracked the order it is showing that RTO have been applied. I am very much disappointed with SSS. Its have been three, four times I have raised the query in your site and you claimed you customer care will get back to you within 24-48 hours. I haven't received any clarification even after the 48 hours.

In feb 2021, I've received a credit voucher against a return for non-availability of my size for an item. It has expiration date till 2022. Basically they don't refund your amount, they keep it with them and tell you to use it in next purchase.

While I was ordering and trying to use the voucher(04/06/21), it said "the voucher is invalid" everytime. You have my money because of your own mistakes of which no value has been provided...
