I HAVE PAID RS 666/= ON 20TH JANUARY 2015 TO ONLINE SHOPPING SITE SHOPUME.COM BY MY VISA DEBIT CARD FOR THE PURCHASE OF ABOVE ITEM. THE SAID ITEM WAS REPORTED TO BE DISPATCHED TO ME ON 21ST JAN 2015.HOWEVER I HAVE NEITHER RECEIVED THE ITEM NOR WAS ABLE TO TRACK THE SHIPPING DETAILS.HENCE I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM THROUGH THEIR HELPLINE PHONE NO[protected], BUT DID NOT GET ANY REPLY/ANSWER.THEN I FOLLOWED UP WITH A MAIL TO THEIR EMAIL ID- [protected]@shopume.com, AND RECEIVED NO RESPONSE/REPLY SO FAR.I THEREFORE I SUSPECT IT TO BE A FAKE/BOGUS SHOPPING SITE, &; I MAY BE VICTIM OF THE SAME. Dear Sir, I have ordered a Mi Power Bank on Jan 21st 2015 through Shopume.com and paid Rs.649 via online No. SBIPG/210115 at 8.43 a.m. Till date I have not received the product. Pls look into the matter and do the needful.
