Initially showing nice picture and at the time of dispatching people from indiagiftsportal informing that item is not in stock and new item arrived instead of older one and is good one. If we compare new with old then new seems downgraded item. I had booked gift and they cheated this way. When i cancelled order they said refund will take atleast 10 days. Now waiting for refund. They are updating reason on cancellation that "client has requested to cancel" instead of "item is unavailable as per order". This generally dosent happen but we do try our best avoid the errors. Generally the amount is debited back in the account in 7-10 working days. You will have to check with the bank. I went to buy a toy for my baby at a Shop in kurseong - 734203 and they are charging 4 times more than the mrp. Is that even legal? To charge more than the mrp...there is no consumer court here to complain hence they've been getting away with it..how is this any different than robbery.. and to top it the lady was very rude..please help
