Huawei — battery not charging as per company policy

Dear sir,
I am a new family member of huawai. I have purchased new phone honor 7x. It's battery charged 100% after 9/10 hours charging. As per company said battery charged o to 100% in 2 hours. That was big issue in this time. Please inform me is that right time? And please resolve my problem. I have not good feeling with it.
