This complaint is against the huawei, i brought honor 6 (IMEI:[protected]
) on 27th feb 2015. The mobile charger given got defective in the month of August 2015 which was sent for replacement on 27th Aug2015 as the charger is having 6 months of warranty.
Since the case wasGenevieve the service center(Suraj technologies service center in pune) took the charger and asked to wait for 15 days for a new replacement. I waited 15 days and when i asked for the status they said they are unable to raise a ticket for replacement due to service center issue, please take the charger to other service center and ask for replacement. Now the other service is denying to take the charger as the charger was now out of warranty.
I took this case with Huawei india and dropped an email to there customer care mail all my issue and relevant information which was sent on 15th Oct 2015. After continuous call and emails they considered the case and thus went ahead.
Now from December they didn't responded as in when i would get my charger replaced.
when i again went ahead and call them they told me that charger can't be replaced as it was out of warranty. Prior to that there esclation department told me clearly that my case is not a false case and i would be getting a positive response soon. Till this time i don't got my charger and neither they are replying.
