Huawei — Company is not responding regarding mobile phone repair/replace

My phone is getting automatically switch off and voice is also not coming properly. submitted the phone to service center thrice but still the problem persist. already submitted the phone in Huawei service center in sector 22, Chandigarh on 16th May 2015, as per discussion with technical person, phone needs to be replaced. the service i am getting from the huawei is very pathetic, as the company is least bother about customer inconvenience. the executive informed me that phone will be repaired/replaced within 7-10 days. now its coming to 20 days still there is no respone. whenever i called the service center, they are saying parts are out of stock and will need more time. Please help me as i am tried of chasing you guys. Regards Kushan sharma
