Huawei — fraudulently sent honor 8 pro mobile while I ordered honor view 10 and denying for refund or replace | |||||
I had ordered Honor View 10 on 08-March-2018 from online store of Honor www.store.hihonor.com/in. But Huawei had never sent any confirmation email or sms. I received the wrong product on 10-March-2018 and then raised the complaint that product packaging was damaged and the product which has been sent is wrong. Then initially they accepted to pickup the product but later on called me and denied to pick up the product. Later on I received call from Gurgaon Huawei Centre who claimed that he, himself had did the packing of product while the product has been shipped from Chennai. I did raised the same question to him and send him all damaged packaging product photos, videos yet they haven't agreed for refund or send the correct product and sometime used abusive language over call. Their one employee called using truecaller DelhiPolice profile and starts threatening me by saying that I am doing the fraud etc. Kindly either refund my money or send the correct product.
