Huawei — honor 6x mobile repair issue

Dear sir,

I had deposited/submitted my honor 6x mobile phone on 07 aug 2018 at your service centre in rewari (M/s yadav communication) with complain in mic and earphone. It almost passed 20 days when i submitted my phone (Under warranty) to your service centre for mic and earphone issue. But still i have not received my device.
Request you to please take up the issue with concerned person on priority basis as i am very genuine and loyal customer of huawei.
