My mobile Huawei is defective. I have been in touch with Huawei UK who refuse to honour the two year warranty even though I have proof of purchase and the date of my first contacting Huawei only exceeds the date of my purchase by one week. I feel that such adherence to the rules is pedantic and unnecessary. I have asked them to reconsider but they refuse. Was this information helpful? | |||||
