Huawei — Huawei Australia Customer Service
I am incredibly disappointed with the way that Huawei Australia have dealt with my situation. I utilsed the free screen repair service and sent in my Mate 9 to Huawei. I was asked in the online form who my service carrier was and stated it is Optus. Toll then delivered the item and I was then informed that my phone was supposed to go to Optus due to them being my carrier. I was NOT informed to send it to Optus when I submitted my form on the Huawei website. Since then I have made up to 10 phone calls to Huawei to find out where my phone is / who is fixing it / where it is going / what is happening. At this point in time no one can seem to locate my device and I am having to call every 3 days to find out what is going on. I continue to be informed that they are "looking into the situation". I am currently paying for a phone which I have not been able to use for the past 6 weeks and continue to have no idea when I will receive my phone back. At this point I will be looking at receiving a refund for the time I have been without my phone. The reference number for my phone screen repair is:[protected] Was this information helpful?
