Huawei — misbehaviour of the staff and not repairing phone

I neelam verma have to say that lajpat nagar service centre is not helping me out in getting my phone properly repaired as it was.. Miss rachna rawat talked in avery harsh tone even when she has caused a serious damage to thephone screen and back glass.. I request u to kindly take a strict action against her.. And help us to get our phone repaired.
