My phone is there in the Bangalore indiranagar service center and still my problem is not rectified looks like the company is a worst mobile company no email response false promises
I am not understanding what is the reason neither I am getting a revert back nor I have my handset back Please guys answer me what’s wrong with your CSR and the service center I have spoken to your Assistant Mgr Rakesh and many other CSR Manoj Kumar, Akshay etc .But in vain no proper response and you guys are not even capable enough to respond an email .below emails are pending and the handset is lying in your service center close to a month .
