Huawei — No service provide by service centre

The company service centre at my city refuse to give service to my phone . I complaint about it to the customer care, they tell me for providing home pickup service for my phone . I made request by email ( as they suggest )
and this is my service ticket number[protected]. After 10 days of complaint there are not any further updates by the company regarding this. Please help
