Huawei — service center not responding

Hello, Huawei, This is Rajesh From Hyderabad, i bought Huawei Honor Mediapad recently, due to some technical problems i submitted in SVS Service centre before 20 days, Till now i did't get any information about my tab from the bloody stuppid dam svs service centre, when i call to them. even they are not answering properly, they are saying contact huawei, when i call. please consider my request.
