Request you to please take up the issue with concerned person on priority basis as i am very genuine and loyal customer of huawei. Complaint no : sr[protected] & sr[protected] Honor 10 ime # : [protected] I bought honor 10 new mobile phone. Within a month speaker is not working so i gave my device to huawei authorised service centre 2 months back and still i have not got back my phone... In huawei the response is very poor and all immature customer care team... And no knowledge for service staff...
