Huawei — unacceptable service delay for honor 6 | |||||
It has been 13 days that i have given my handset at huawei service station - i am not getting any visibility even after repeated follow ups and even after raising the complaint to online support. The problem they diagnosed is battery needs to be changed. And i was informed that it would take upto 7 days. 1. On 19th aug 10am, i gave the handset to huawei ahmedabad service center. Job sheet no: rnina0001s[protected]. Service center: ina0001s87 (Ahmedabad huawei service center). I called the service station a couple times but they do not have any visibility when my problem will be serviced! (It is just the change of the battery!!) 2. On 29th aug at 3 pm, i raised a complaint with huawei online support. Compliant id[protected]. And i was promised that somebody would call me up in 24 hours with some visibility/ next steps. That too din't happen. This delay is unacceptable to an extent one looses the trust in the brand. How difficult it is to arrange a battery of a successful handset? Please escalate this issue up in the service organization and get this addressed to the earliest. Anticipating proper response from huawei service and actual execution!!
