Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited [HESCOM] — Careless attitude of Hescom officials regardin R oumbe 78500 voltage fluctuations from T C resulting in damage of solar inverter

Sir,
From past 5 days solar inverter was not working.
The error code was 504.
The inverter company technician told that it is due to the problem in T C .
When it is set right the inverter will automatically yesterday morning the same thing happened.
The four pole contactor started making sound and then inverter started working.
So please do examine the T C and give the permanent solution. But today the four pole contactor is making very loud sound.
We feel that the voltage from the T C is very high. We don't know when the inverter will burn so we switched off the mains of the inverter.
If you don't take the matter seriously I will have to go to the consumer forum.
