Dear sir, due to some unavoidable circumstances - we could not pay the bill for previous two months. We know that we should have paid it, but today 25th aug 2019 - around 12:30 - 1:00pm your three respresentatives come in front of our house and say that you need to pay the bill. We said we will pay the bill in 10 minutes - thats it. They should have gone after saying that but they said till then you dont pay we will not go - harshly. Sir, if you check the history most of the time we have paid extra bill in advance - but the way your representatives spoke it was insulting to us as if we have done a big default of lakhs of rupees and running away. Your representatives were not courteous, harsh in words, they don't know what is customer relationship, what is customer service. I humbly appeal to you - to please train your representatives on how to talk to customers. The day is very near some competitor will come into the market and then you may start losing your business. Therefore politeness, courteousness, being humble are important so please train your representatives - or else one day there will be no business for you people. Tell your representatives to apologise and say sorry. Nobody is perfect in this world we are humans - we make mistakes - but insulting some one is wrong. Remind your representatives. Please reply.
