Complaint towards section officer, hescom, ilkal on problem resolve & also the reckless behaviour towards consumer.
Complaint details,
The electric meter got burnt while making the service, which we had placed a request on correcting our line. As our current line had single phased.
Also while we had went to provide a request along with letter for the same to the section officer. His behaviour towards us was wrong behaviour & treated wrongly.
After looking to his behaviour, we thought of complaining the headoffice tollfree no. 1912
We not a complaint ticket no: [protected], with less solving response.
So please take severe actions on the section officer & also stop annoying the mannerless bahaviour towards illiterated people.
As most of the people in this city-ilkal as not educated.
Below was the letter body submitted to the section officer through written letter. The same letter & the mail copy is attached here for the proof.

Dear sir,
This is to inform you that w. R. T our meter details rr no: [protected]. We had given a complaint on 25th jul 17' due to the line not working (Single phase) at our home.
The same was taken action by hescom on the same working day &had caught fire. It was informed on the same situation by the service maintainence members that the replacement can be made for the meter on warranty basis.
Hence please consider the same letter for the replacement of the meter, which is burnt (On warranty basis).

The whole sangameshwar colony sleeping in dark on 13.09.2017 night due non availability of power from 8.00pm till 2.00am right now, nobody is coming even after phonic request to reslove the issue so i lodge this complaint to take action to resolve early please.
