Hello sir,

I am the residence of dharwad i purchased a house in kalyan nagar. When i went to keb office near michgin compound they are asking to pay ₹2200. And reject to give the bills for the payment. I have not changed the name yet. Can i do it without paying bribe?
Please help to do the name change.

We are in dark please do something No one is picking phone high rain and lots of mosquitoes even to use mortein for mosquito no light at all
