hello, we have taken a flat in Ackruty countrywood (now builder has changed name to Hubtown country woods) . he has given the flat with delay for about nearly 2 years. from last 1 year we are staying there. the construction quality is very poor. there was leakage in halls wall & bz of that the whole wall has got fungus on it & now it is dried. we have told to maintenance people of builder from last 1 year but they are not paying attention . so can i go to court for this ? can i get compensation for that from builder ?
