We had given a matrimonial of my son, in tribune on 2nd March 2024. I recieved a call from Humsafar Matrimony sending me a girl's profile which we found suitable for our son. But they asked me to submit 5000 for the contact details of the girl. After payment, she called again and said we need to submit 1950 for registration. To which we said no, but she convinced us that she made a mistake and I am just earning 4000, it will be deducted from my salary and requested us to submit 1000. Which we did again, after that she didn't pick up our call. Her name was Meera. Later another girl called name rani, and said we are creating your profile and it takes time. On several calls and harrasment they sent us some different profiles. To which we again asked them to give the number of the profile for which the payment was done. On several calls and heated argument, they gave us a fraud number and asked us to call them after 9: 00 PM. The number's name on Truecaller was Punjab and location uttar Pradesh again giving us the proof of their fraud. They are not refunding the amount and misleading us again and again.
