There are fake people calling for registration, i will put few numbers calling from that.. They have many people who are working for below mentioned website. They asked for registration charge.
Profiles are fake. I got few profile from 2-3 executive, same photo and profile details are different.
Note:they are changed website also once all people are aware.
Please dont go with ordinary website or matrimonial sites.
Go with standard sites like shadi.com, jeevanathi.com

Hiii.. Thus is in continuation with my last complaint /issue.. Behaviour of your representative are not in responsible way. At the time of payment, they committed that they will provide me regular contact/profile referrals but they never contacted accordingly.. These type of false commitments are not acceptable and should not be done.. They simply taking advantage of money and not providing any services accordingly..

I received a call from a girl named aarushi from matrimonial center patna pretending herself as a representative of humsafar matrimony. She sent me some profiles out of which 2 were according to our search, then she asked for payment of 5100 and said once we register with humsafar matrimony she will provide details and contact no. Of family of groom. After registration she gave fake contact no. And now she is not receiving my calls also. These type of fraud activities should be stopped, plz take some strict action against these people.. And refund my registered amount in my account.. Plz take some action.

I got advertisment of a well settled boy in hindi newspaper(hindustan) a well known newspaper in Jharkhand.I call upon that number and that was of humsafar matrimony, Patna. The agent named khushboo/soma/archna manipulated me for fees of Rs 4000.00 by their false advertisment for my younger sister.The moment I paid their fees through IMPS they started ignoring me. I called my times a day but they didn't responded neither through call / sms / whatsapp, neither they issued any receipt for the payment. They blocked my number, I got cheated. Lastly i got to know that this is well settled fraud company and thousands of people are being cheated daily in the name of marriage proposals. I urge for a strict action against humsafar matrimony center.

There is a lady names Seema Prajapati from Humsafar matrimony.
Till the time we didn't payed the amount, she use to call every second day (multiple follow ups).
She committed that she will speak to people and help us finding a relevant family/groom.
Since the day I have made the payment, that lady has stopped responding to our calls.
Highly Unprofessional.

Its atotally fake account and fake profiles, tbey are taking mo ey i the name of marrieg, giving fake profile, even on line thwy have fale profiles, no update, no filtera, nothing, 3 yeara before i registered, last 3 years same profile, even in sefch reault ita showing different statea, even religion alao, what thw ###, sucha thieves, ###, dont make payment them, they are fraud...

Sushmita from Jamshedpur address- H.no- 152, 2nd floor, new baradwari, near mgm hospital, sakchi, jamshedpur. She called n number of times telling she has good profiles and we need to pay INR 4000 for further process. They have office in the above address. After receiving the payment no one receive the call. One of their member name Komal mailed me a profile and after that no one is receiving the call nor do we have any information. If this kind of service u are providing then its a shame to humsafar matrimony. Please refund the above amount.

Humsafar matrimony, this is a completely fraud matrimonial site i suggest to never register here my name is rameeza khan from bhopal i got a call from miss nikita she's in customer care and do registrations she somehow convinced me to pay 2500 nd i registered in their website she promised me to send 20 contact in a month and sent only three contacts to me when i call those 3 contacts they were not interested and their response was cold, i talked to their manager miss tina she was so rude and arrogant she was not ready to refund back my amount nd was talking very rudely all of them are so illiterate and mis behaved staff i don't even know how they are running their matrimonial site, i m not satisfied with their services and recommend everyone never to pay nd register in their website better pay to shadi.com, jeevansathi or any renowed matrimonial website, they are completely fraud people and they don't care about how satisfied their customers are, they don't even listen to my complain, only thing they care about is money and they will talk to you politely till you didn't invested in their website be careful and never register worst experience ever...

The matrimonial site entices people with ficticious candidates till the registration fees is paid. All the recommendations given by the matrimonial site are hoax. Payal patil (Mobile numbers [protected], [protected]) gave us non-existent profiles exactly matching our specification, even allowed us to talk on a conference call with the non-existent relative of the non-existent profile. Once we paid registration fee of rs. 7000, a mobile number was given to us which never answered our calls. On pressuring further, payal patil gave us another non-existent profile with same results. Thus the entire group of people are not genuine in their dealings and should be avoided like plague.

I got registered with Humsafar Matrimony in the name of my sister. Miss Tina Rathore has manager of that organisation in jaipur told a lie to me and discussed with me about one profile by naming Mr. Dhruv Sharma she also pick me on conference with someone by telling Mr. Dhruv's mother after that she told to pay membership amount for further proceedings so that i had paid online Rs 5500/- as membership amount. She also shared with me some other profiles but after calling all of them i surprised all of them fake profiles. I got shocked how they do cheat with me it was not stopped here i also got phone calls by several marriage bureau from Madhya Pardesh. In which all female tellicaller has told me they got my contact details from Miss Tina Rathore Jaipur. I felt mentally harassment due to unexpected calls of several numbers. I also discussed all the matter to Miss Tina but didn't get any satisfied solution. I request you please do justice with me and teach them so that they don't do this again with any other like they do with me.

My family received so many calls from humsafar matrimony employee name priyanka from patna to register to get groom but after we did payment no service has been provided by them. Totally fraud
They make fake parents and boy/girl & share pic to each other and tell that they liked your pic boy/girl family is ready. First you deposit the money and once money is deposited no one bothers to receive your call

I am very much disappointed with the services this site provides. I came to know about this from someone close, thought to contact them. When i did, they told me number of proposals. I called in their indore branch. The service agent named poonam jaiswal came in line to me. She called us countless times for membership. As and when my father registered my name n deposited the money, the girl stopped talking to us. Neither she called us nor received our calls. We even complained to the higher level but it's unresponsive. So i am going to file a case in consumer court against them. Please all of you beware of these money parasites.

I read all the other complaints & I found that I could have been cheated if I had not read the reviews& complaints about Humsafar matrimony.
Even initial thing happened with me was that we saw an advertisement in the newspaper Maharashtra Times about the proposal & we contacted that number it was from Humsafar Matrimony, Pune.So we asked for more details of the profile.The details were shared however the contact details & company name of the proposal were not shared with us.So we asked them to share those details as well however that lady insisted us to take the membership in their matrimony by making payment of Rs.4000 as the membership fee & then only she would share the contact no. of that proposal .Later she also built a conference call with that proposal.Two days she continously made follow up with us so that we can take the membership.Also the website seems to be not secure as it does not get open when https://www. is added to the website.

Because reviews were read we got cautious & hence decided not to go for this matrimony.

I want to caution others about Humsafar Matrimony service. I paid substantial money and got absolutely no service at all. I feel cheated. There is such a vast difference between what is promised before you pay and what you actually get as soon as you have paid. I came out feeling like a fool. It was a complete sham-waste of my emotions, significant money not to mention my time.

I wish there was somebody taking note of these fraudulent organizations.

I have submitted 2500 online as subscription charges but after receiving money they did not give any matrimonial details and not picking the phone and provide provide false information
